SUMMARY: Protects company assets and increases profitability through the analysis, response and management of various data across a broad spectrum of internal financial and technology resources such as Exception Reporting, Sales Audit, FP&A, IT and Loss Prevention. The Loss Prevention Analyst works cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast paced and demanding environment providing critical guidance to the organization’s asset protection and profit improvement initiatives. The character and ability to work effectively and independently in a demanding and fast paced team environment is essential.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Assists in the development, preparation, and distribution of Point of Sale (POS) Exception Reports.

Establish trends in the Point of Sale Exception Report and investigate to ensure compliance. Investigation may involve extensive CCTV review.

Audits center paper work of Point of Sale reconciliations to actual reports.

Works directly with field operational compliance auditors and Loss Prevention Managers to ensure thorough incident response preparation and resolution.

Researches statistical and financial variances between center revenue reporting (bowling games) and reported sales.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with attention to detail, possesses excellent customer service skills, both written and oral, and maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Experience with database files and Excel is a plus. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Finance or related concentration and/or 1 or more years of experience and/or training or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Loss Prevention experience and Wicklander-Zulawski Interview and Interrogation certification, or equivalent, is a plus.
